We offer guidance and support to all students and their families as they plan and make transitions to college, training, employment and independent adult life. We meet regularly with students, their families and other supporting services all the way through this process making sure there is personalised support matched to each students needs.

Paul, our SENCO, is happy to help all families with any questions they may have about transitions.
