Complaints Procedure

Parents/carers should notify the Head Teacher if there is any complaint about the school. The Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher will investigate the complaint and try to resolve the situation. If this is found not to be satisfactory then the Trustees will convene a complaints hearing. There is a right to appeal to the Secretary of State if there is a disagreement with the Trustees’ ruling.
