Are you ready to lead outstanding education for children and young people with autism? Do you share our vision for happy, safe and heathy pupils who learn, achieve and are ready for the future? Spa Education Trust is recruiting a Head of School for Spa Camberwell and we are offering you a unique leadership opportunity in our successful organisation.
The trust currently has two outstanding special schools in Southwark for pupils with autism. Spa Bermondsey is for 110 pupils aged 11 – 19. Spa Camberwell is for pupils aged 5 -16. The school opened in September 2020 and will grow over the next two years to offer up to 120 places.
This is an exciting time to join us as Head of School as we continue to grow and develop new provisions.
Successful candidates will:

- inspire and motivate pupils, staff and the broader school community.
Applicants for the post must have senior leadership experience in primary special education.

We are looking for skilled persons to work at Spa Camberwell and The Park College
Spa Camberwell - This post is full time, 52 weeks per year Hay Scale 4. Annual salary £23,421 – 36 hours per week.
The Park College – This post is part time, term time only 15hours per week, Hay Scale 4. Annual salary £8,399 – 15 hours per week.
The successful candidate will contribute to the provision of high quality maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds, which ensures that students have a comfortable, clean, safe, and well-maintained environment in which to work or otherwise use the school facilities.
